Gwen Cichocki is a longtime volunteer with us in our Outreach Center. For several years, she's come in once a week to work in the clothes closet, restock supplies, and do many other small but necessary jobs to help out the outreach team. In this video by Will Leitz, Gwen talks about the work she does, and why it's personal for her. We couldn't do what we do without the help of people like Gwen!
Brandywine Counseling & Community Services saves lives. We help people recover from addiction and mental illness, and reduce their HIV risk. Each life saved touches other lives, families, and communities in the Delaware region.

It is absolutely wonderful that there are incredible people like you that are so willing to give so much of themselves and their time, to those in need. Your story truly touched my heart, and reminded me of the importance of volunteering within the community. If we could all take a moment each day to donate even an hour of our time and energy, I believe the world would improve a thousand fold. It is so easy to complain about the small things in life instead of moving forward to make even a small difference. Thank you for being there for so many.
